Post Comment Love 13th - 15th April

It's Friday again (it keeps happening doesn't it?) and that means it's time for Post Comment Love. Join Stephanie and me with your best or favourite post of the week and we'll stop by for a read, comment, and share.

What on earth has happened to Spring? What with winter being full of snow and now we're into spring but have barely seen the sun it's not looking for summer is it? I will be so pleased when we get to see the sun for a while, it's always a little depressing when you get days on end of dreary weather isn't it?

Horrid weather and the boys at home has been tough, to say the least. I've got almost nothing done, it's been stressful, and the house looks terrible. But I guess that's just the way it goes sometimes. I'm hoping I'll be able to get back into a good routine once they're back at school. Easter is usually a great time to get outdoors but this year we've been stuck inside a lot of the time. We walked to Nottingham last week and it was dull and dreary then too - luckily it didn't rain!

The daffodils were out, despite the dreary weather.

Of course being stuck inside isn't too bad really - it does mean the boys can watch movies and they do love that. I bought them some popcorn last week and they love being able to sit in our movie room with their popcorn watching their favourites. AND when they do that I can get a little bit of work done, whether that's housework or blogging.

At the moment I'm struggling a little - I've slept wrong at some point and have a pain in my neck and upper arm. It's been like this for days now and I thought it would eventually go away - that's what usually happens but this time it's lingering and it's no fun. I'm making a conscious effort to sit properly, I'm trying to keep my posture right, I'm taking lots of pain killers. The worst thing is at night, it's so difficult to sleep when you can't find a comfortable position that doesn't hurt. So I'm tired and in pain - not a good combination during the Easter break. But I'll keep going, as always. I just hope it goes away soon.

I'm hoping for a brighter week both weather wise and other stuff next week, the boys will be back at school and my neck will be better (fingers crossed).

How has your week been?
