Magic Jeans!

I spend most of my days wearing jeans, they're comfortable (most of the time) and you can put all kinds of tops with them.

I have pairs from Ted Baker, Diesel, Tesco and Asda (amongst others). Skinny pairs, bootcut, straight, I love them all.

But sometimes you come across a pair of jeans that are game-changers.

A pair that when you put them on transform your body and make you feel AMAZING.

This pair of Mango High Waisted jeans are magic.

When I pulled them on I feared they'd be too small, that I'd never get the button done up. They're tight and whenever I have a pair that are tight, they're usually uncomfortable.

But not this pair.

As I pulled them up it was like I was stepping into a shrinking machine. They squished in all my wobbly bits, held them in place, and as I did up the button I could almost hear a twinkling.

I looked at myself in the mirror and couldn't believe it.

The best thing about these jeans is that they cost less than £30 from House of Fraser, and they have a brilliant selection of jeans to choose from.

Tell you what if that's all I need to spend to feel this good I'm getting more pairs!

The same thing goes for shoes too. I've always struggled to find comfortable heels, for a long time I had to resort to wearing flats, and at 5'5'' that's not a great solution.

The nude shoes I'm wearing in the photo are from Shoetique and are brilliant.

I haven't worn slingback shoes for a long time, I couldn't get on with them, but these are comfortable. I walked the boys up to the school wearing them and then went to the supermarket.

With a 3.5 inch heel and nude leather they're comfortable AND stylish. They'll go with almost anything and I intend to wear them with a pink dress when I attend my brother-in-law's wedding in July.

Comfortable shoes at a wedding are a must.
