What I Read 50

I cannot believe I've written 50 What I Read posts! That's amazing! I must like reading lots of blog posts.

Welcome to another week of What I Read and I'm pleased to say I have another six fantastic posts for you.

Starting a new chapter in your life can be scary but it can also be very exciting. Ell, over at The Lucky Truth, is beginning a new chapter and is relishing in the new challenges she'll face. I loved her post The Next Chapter... #TheLifeOfEll in which she talks about the next steps. It's a very inspiring post.

I'm a bit rubbish when it comes to Instagram, I post irregularly and don't know which hashtags I should use. I always enjoy reading tips and how-to's for Instagram and that's why I chose Monika's post How I've gained 1000 engaged real followers on Instagram month on month. In the post Monika explains that she too was a bit rubbish with Instagram but she made some fundamental changes to the kinds of photos she shared, along with other changes, and she got lots more followers. If you're an Instagram dummy like me, check out Monika's post.

Even on the darkest of days a smile can make you feel better. In the winter months I make a conscious effort to smile at people more, in the spring and summer months it's easier. You can't know the impact a simple smile can have on someone's day. I loved Sharon's post The magic of a smile, in which she talks the wonderful feelings a smile gives you, and there's a cute photo too!

Rebecca is a newbie blogger and has learned a lot in the short time she's been blogging. I don't remember what it was like for me back when I'd only been blogging for a couple of months but I loved Rebecca's post, 7 weeks of blogging, my favourite things so far... There are so many wonderful things about blogging and it seems a lot of them are apparent straight away!

It's always great to read an inspiring post that pushes you to try that little bit harder, whether it's with your job, your home, or your relationships. Kate's post Why Your Life is Mediocre - and That's Okay (Unless It's Not) is a brilliant inspiring piece of writing that offers a giveaway too. Hone your craft with the help of a writing course! What's not to love about that? Stop by and I assure you it will give you the kick you need!

Renee has skipped the queue this week with her wonderful post On Being One Of 'Those Mums'. In her post she is asking you to support the #SeriouslyAwkward campaign by tweeting your MP about protecting vulnerable 16 and 17 year olds. There's a debate next week and Renee is trying to raise awareness, please do stop by.
