I'm not quite sure how I'm feeling about my weight loss at the moment, I've made a little progress but I'm not 'feeling' it.
My weight has gone down but my energy levels are still low. I'm thinking I need to force myself to put on gym clothes and do something, whether it's yoga or something else I need to start making an effort.
I've noticed a pattern and it's not good.
Every weekend I feel lazy, we end up eating fast food/take away because a) I can't be bothered to cook or b) I don't want to go out. The weather is partly to blame, I mean who enjoys rainy, dark days?! I do, however, need to take some responsibility for my situation. I am the only one that can change it and if I do nothing then it won't change.
Being organised may be the key to sorting things out, and as the boys have been back at school for a couple of weeks now (this being the third) we slowly getting back into a routine. I need to work on a routine for blogging though. I love blogging and spend most of my day doing it, but I do end up rushing to get things done because I don't think about the week/month/year ahead. Whenever I manage to get posts scheduled I'm more relaxed about it all. It does seem like that's the key.
If I was more organised with the blog perhaps I would find more time to do exercise. It's worth a try isn't it?
